These albums "In The Beginning" from the group Salem is a remastered anthology which contains everything that Salem has done whatever on vinyl or tape since 1982. You’ll find melodic, epic and rock influenced British traditional songs that will please metal fans. The musicians are good, the vocalist is good but not excellent but the songs contain catchy refrains and melodies. The twin lead guitars are doing a good job on the melodies. The songs have a lot of varied tempos. The influences are coming from the 70s with bands such as Thin Lizzy, Rainbow Led Zeppelin, etc… For the nostalgic of that period.
