CAIN "The Master Clockwork" CD

Cain, a Swedish group, has released last year its first album "The Master Clockwork". The style of the group is rock and progressive metal with a little of power metal. The sound is heavy and the tracks catchy and epic. The songs are well linked one together and you’re not bored when listening it. Besides the album is well varied between rock songs, ballads, power metal ones… the guitars have good melodic lines but also have the keyboards.
The album has the benefit of a good production which gives the sound of the instruments as well as the vocalist. If the compositions are rather good they are not exceptional, personally I cannot take out one song rather than another one.
This album is recommended to all the fans of heavy/power/prog metal.
