7HARD Records 2009
Far from metal “Full Circle” from the group CTA will bring you to an opposite music : Jazz !!! If you’re opened minded and if you like jazz you won’t be deceived because it is a please album to listen. The first composition is an instrumental, efficient and lively. You’ll find two more instrumentals “Make Me Smile” and “Antonio’s Love Jungle”. The rest of the songs contain vocals. The style of the group is of course jazz but the influences are coming from the 60s and the 70s jazz/rock groups. The compositions are as a whole energetic The Chicago Transit Authority has known to make a good and well balanced album, not to much technical and not too much boring like some album of that kind can be. The vocalist has a good, powerful voice which goes perfectly with the style, not monotonous at all.
