The French group Pensées Nocturnes has released last year its album "Vacuum". The style of this album is a black metal depressive influenced by classical music but you’ll also find some bluesy passages like on “Coup De Bleus”. It is an album with a lot of arrangements, subtle, using metal instruments of course but also acoustic guitars, piano, glockenspiel, bass, violin, cello, celesta etc… The tracks are full of darkness, the vocals are desperate, and the screaming and the crying are awful, full of hatred and despair. All is full of suffering, from the beginning to the end. From the beginning to the end are alternating black metal parts and classic music ones. The vocals are in French but I have to admit that if I did not have the booklet I would have hard time to understand them…
