Bad Reputation/Socadisc 02/2010
Eldorado has released its second album “Golden”. The style of this Spanish group is a melodic rock with some blues influences. The album contains some songs with are catchy and dynamic and which have nice solo like the first one “The House Of the 7 Smokestacks”. “Atlantico” can also be taken out of this album, nearly a ballad with keyboards for the intro, alternating airy and energetic passages. We have another ballad with "The worst of myself". "Free (A Chain Reaction)" is more powerful and fast. The vocalist, Jesus Trujillo has a deep and rich voice. "Golden" is an album which will please the 70s fans hard rock. Eldorado makes a solid and mature album so we hope that the forthcoming album will look like this one.
